We are looking for a skilled BIM MEP Modeller to join our growing BIM team. The role involves creating accurate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models using Revit in coordination with architectural and structural disciplines.
The candidate will work on international projects (Europe / UK / Middle East) and support consultants and contractors by delivering high-quality BIM models, drawings, and coordination outputs in line with project standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed MEP BIM models (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) using Revit
Coordinate with Architectural and Structural models for clash detection
Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and sections
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes
Follow LOD 300–500 requirements and project BIM standards
Extract quantities and assist in BOQ preparation when required
Maintain model accuracy as per international codes and client guidelines
